Our experience
The development of Opus Futura’s solution is backed by the founders’ years of diverse experience in business management, recruitment, human resource management, programming and software engineering. Within the team, you can also find extensive, international experience in software development, consulting, team management and leadership training, to name a few.
We have repeatedly experienced challenges in recruitment processes, both in our careers as managers, but also as individuals, how much negative impact hiring the wrong person for a job can have, both on workplaces and the individuals in question.
We build on this experience, together with implementing and using continuous HR and recruitment research, to support workplaces and individuals in maximizing the quality of their employment relationships. By doing so, we can prevent costly mistakes and offer an approach that increases quality throughout the recruitment proces.
