Our experience

The development of Opus Futura’s solution is backed by the founders’ years of diverse experience in business management, recruitment, human resource management, programming and software engineering. Within the team, you can also find extensive, international experience in software development, consulting, team management and leadership training, to name a few.

We have repeatedly experienced challenges in recruitment processes, both in our careers as managers, but also as individuals, how much negative impact hiring the wrong person for a job can have, both on workplaces and the individuals in question. 

We build on this experience, together with implementing and using continuous HR and recruitment research, to support workplaces and individuals in maximizing the quality of their employment relationships. By doing so, we can prevent costly mistakes and offer an approach that increases quality throughout the recruitment proces.

We will let you know when you have been matched so there is no need for you to visit every hour:) We are constantly developing the solution so we recommend that you keep your profile up to date at all times, react to our messages and offers to add information to your profile to increase the quality of your matching experience.

Your privacy is our top priority. Your data is only used for matching purposes and to strengthen your professional opportunities.

The criteria behind the matching function are non-biased, non-traceable and based on your education, experience, skills and preferences.

All the information we ask you to fill out in your profile are there for a reason. When workplaces define their jobs to be filled, they are asked to provide the same information

Your information is by default only visible to you, until you choose to make them visible to the user behind a matched job. This user can be an HR professional, manager or a recruiter.

When you accept to open up your profile to a matched job, the workplace has three days to react and contact you. If no contact has been made by that time, your profile will become invisible to the workplace again and your privacy is restored.

We prioritize the security of our users' information and have implemented robust measures to ensure data protection. Our system undergoes regular security audits and utilizes industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
