Meet our PR and Marketing Manager

The adventurous journey continues as we welcome our PR and Marketing Manager, Thelma Jónsdóttir to the team.

Thelma graduated as an MBA from The University of Iceland and also holds a Masters degree in Public relations and communication science from Freie Universität in Berlin. She brings with her years of experience and a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating a network of users and customers and brand management. 

Thelma adores colorful vintage dresses and wears them every day. She loves to play golf but is also a passionate and dedicated soccer mom and even though she only played during her early childhood years in Keflavík, soccer has always played a big role in her life. She is the daughter of one of Keflavik´s most dedicated legends in soccer, Jón Ólafur Jónsson, who during her birth played a game for Keflavík in the Europa League against Hibernian FC in Scotland. If you hear a loud cheering voice coming from a lively and always colorfully dressed person on FH’s or Haukar’s games, that is most definitely Thelma, cheering for her boys.
